A Flipping Great Pancake!

Pancake's aren't just for Pancake day... especially these ones! Here's our recipe for our go-to sweet Vegan stack of goodness.


You'll need:


400ml Oat Milk (soya milk will also work!) 300g Self Raising Flour 1 Tsp Baking Powder (essential for fluffy-ness!) 1 Tbsp Golden Caster Sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (or a good squeeze of Vanilla Bean Paste - yum!)

Whisk all together until you have created a smooth batter & cook in a pan with Vegan Butter or Vegetable Oil. One ladle per pancake is the perfect size.. (makes about 8!)
