KEEPING YOU SAFE

AT CROSS LANE HOUSE

As lock-downs and restrictions ease, we are aware that everyone will be moving at different paces, and we want to remind everyone to treat both our teams and other guests with consideration over the coming months. We are a small venue with only 3 guest bedrooms so there is plenty of room for socially distancing.

We want to reassure all our customers and guests that we continue to follow all government and industry guidance in relation to Covid-19.

Face Masks

Face Masks are no longer a legal requirement, but please do what you feel most comfortable with as we appreciate everyone is moving at their own pace and we fully respect that. We will have spare masks if you wish.

Social Distancing

Though the government have relaxed social distancing rules, we continue to encourage guests to move around the
premises with care.
During the warmer weather we have some wonderful outside seating available where we can serve breakfast, dinner and drinks, if you would feel more comfortable dining on an outside table, do let us know

and we will gladly accommodate this for you.

Extra Measures

We will be continuing to keep certain measures in place to do our part to help control the spread of the virus for the foreseeable future.

Extra cleaning regimes will carry on throughout the rooms, communal areas, and restaurant.

Hand sanitiser points will remain around communal areas, and we encourage you to use them.

The Guest Journey

For our hotel guests we have taken an in-depth look at the customer journey and put in various measures to keep you and and our team safe during these times. We have done this whilst ensuring that we continue to offer the same high standards of service and hospitality - within the guidelines set by trade bodies and the government.

Check-Out

We are always sad to see our guests go, but we like to say see you soon rather than good bye. Here are some of the things that we have implemented to ensure a smooth and safe check-out.

  • Any final bill can be settled up during breakfast using our card machine. (which we sanitise after each use)

  • Check-out is at 10:30am, we are unable to accommodate later check-outs due to the thorough cleaning process and sanitising that we are required to do between each guest.

  • We will send you a post-departure email a few days after you have departed asking you how your stay was. We are always happy to hear suggestions or feedback. If you had an enjoyable stay we would always welcome a review on the likes of trip advisor or google.

  • If you didn't book direct, speak to a member of the team as it is always cheaper and we will always beat the prices of an online travel agent.

We're Good To Go

We're pleased to say that we have achieved the industry standard mark 'We're Good To Go' - which has been designed to provide reassurance to guests and customers - to show we have worked hard to follow UK government and industry Covid-19 guidelines.

The ‘We’re Good To Go’ mark provides confidence that we have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing on site.
